CICELYLI was founded in 2018 by Ms. Li Cheng, an experienced ballet teacher who continues to teach in the studio every year. Working closely with dancers has given her a deep understanding of the challenges they face—from freedom of movement and lasting comfort to flattering fit, refined design and reliable durability.
